The Cosmopolitan’s Holsteins Shakes and Buns is a fun entrant into the burger scene with its surrounding pop art and no-pretense attitude in serving casual food with a twist. Just a glance at the menu’s 20-plus assortment of burgers challenges the adventurous types, but you can’t go wrong with the Gold Standard ($18.50). The juicy patty comes smothered with aged goat cheese, topped with smoked bacon, tomato confit, baby arugula, and garlic-chive aioli.
