Mardi Gras Express Australia’s Only LGBTI Party Train
Launching a new and fair way to get to the Sydney Mardi Gras in 2015
The Mardi Gras Express will depart Melbourne Southern Cross Station on the evening of Friday March 6 powering towards the border for the 2015 Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras. We think the LGBTI community deserves the best so we have scoured the Australian landscape for a train that suits. The Mardi Gras Express will be our home away from home with private sleeping cabins, stunning lounge/bars and dining cars all tailored to the LGBTI community. Stabled at Sydney Central Station for the entire weekend, access to the city of Sydney is at guests very fingertips.
But why bother with a train, why not fly? The question keeps being asked?
The LGBTI community spends an extraordinary amount of money on travel; we are often referred to as high income, no children. To the major retail brands, that rings the bells of endless cash flowing in and previous trends show that we are happy to do this, time and time again. We have a better option!
The Mardi Gras Express empowers the LGBTI to attend Australia’s largest LGBTI celebration, an event that belongs to us. Our point of difference, Fixed Prices on a product that is designed for us and run by us.
Leigh from The Mardi Gras Express states “The Train is the ultimate cost effective way to get to Mardi Gras, Until now, the LGBTI family has been at the mercy of Airlines and Hotels, often staying with family and friends to reduce the cost. With the exchange rates, Mardi Gras has become more appealing to the international market, if you lived in Melbourne you might attend the celebration once in your life, the Mardi Gras Express cuts through the red tape and empowers people from all around Australia and from around the globe to get involved, to march in the parade, to join the celebrations and to travel in comfort, safety and style”
Starting at just $600 per person, you can’t go past The Mardi Gras Express.
