Gosherd geese

Sometimes we just want to get away from it all and get back to the basics. Gosherd Valley Cottage is just the place for you. It is located about 95 miles west of St. Louis and about 15 miles west of Hermann, Missouri which is the wine capital of Missouri.

Actually it is a working farm with lots of geese and chickens. It is situated on over 80 acres of VERY secluded woods and a beautiful pond to enjoy. Gosherd Valley Cottage has just won the prestigious 2016 Houzz Award for their comfy interiors.

The “Cottage” is nestled in the bottom of the valley on a working farm. It is the original 1800’s homestead. It has three bedrooms, bath, and a large outdoor deck. This is a whole house rental with complete privacy. The owner, Connie Cunningham lives on the property in a different building so that you have total privacy however she is on hand all the time should you need anything.
