No sailing experience is required

If you’re new to sailing, your Skipper René will be happy to show you the ropes. Sailing is a hobby that the skipper has been enjoying for over more than 15 years.

René personally organizes all the yearly sailing trips and his main priority is safety on board the vessel. He was previously a tour guide for ski safaris but is now getting used to warmer climates.

For most organized group adventures René will be your skipper. Some tailor-made adventures sometimes requires working with other skippers that sail for SAILORdudes.

Why gay sailing with SAILORdudes?

  1. Sailing is a hobby they are passionate about
  2. Low prices and no hidden fees. What you see is what you get
  3. Over fifteen years of sailing experience as a skipper
  4. Comfort. The saloon is never used to create extra sleeping places
  5. They offer both organized group sailing cruises as well as tailor-made sailing cruises for private charters
  6. Their sailing cruises are Fun!

Your floating home and bedroom

The sailing yacht will be your (non-smoking) home for the duration of the trip and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. You will generally find everything you need such as cabins with beds, a kitchen with a stove and fridge, a toilet, a shower, and a saloon area. Most showers are taken on the stern of the yacht; it’s just as easy and the view that comes with it is priceless!

The yacht size and number of berths on board vary depending on the size of the group (or your preference for tailor-made adventures) but most yachts accommodate between 8 to 10 people. Cabins have double beds or bunk beds and sleep 2 persons each. Keep in mind that all beds will probably be smaller than you are used to at home. Also, most yachts do not have air conditioning unless specifically mentioned.

Swim, sunbathe, sail, and relax

There will be a short briefing about expected weather conditions, the route to our next destination, suggested lunch/swim stops, and the expected sailing time.

In the evenings you can swim under the moonlight, chat in the cockpit or near a beach fire or partying on deck and dance under the stars! The first day is used to arrange provisioning, unpack your bags and organize your cabin. Enjoy a welcome drink with your fellow sailor dudes and get a briefing about safety and other housekeeping stuff.

Clothing is optional

All organized gay sailing vacations are clothing optional, where appropriate. Feel free to work on your tan lines or be nude. Some trips are specifically gay nude sailing cruises and are announced under the detailed sailing cruise information.
