Vancouver – the largest gay population in Western Canada lives in this ocean-wrapped and snow-capped city. Its gay community is centred around two distinctly different neighbourhoods – the West End and Commercial Drive, both of which enjoy a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and boutiques catering to gays and lesbians.

Whistler is the premier year-round vacation destination for outdoor adventure-seeking gays and lesbians, and often considered “the largest gay-friendly mountain resort in North America.”

GayWhistler’s WinterPRIDE is the evolution of the annual Gay & Lesbian Ski & Snowboard Festival, held in January.

Victoria – one of the best things about an island destination is the journey itself. Victoria and Vancouver Island are well served by transportation carriers; getting there is easy and once you’ve arrived, you’ll feel a million miles away.

With an energetic and vibrant atmosphere it’s no surprise that Victoria, B.C. is one of the world’s favourite destinations. Victoria’s gay and lesbian community is integrated throughout the city and not defined by a single neighbourhood. Many events and festivities take place throughout the year including the annual Pride Parade and Festival in July.
